Port St. Joe Port Master Plan
This Port St. Joe Port Master Plan, consistent with the requirements of Chapter 163, Florida Statutes, and
Rule 9J-5, Florida Administrative Code, provides a framework for the Port’s development and expansion
program through the next decade to facilitate the Port St. Joe Port Authority’s goals of job creation and
economic revitalization. In so doing, it narrows the focus taken in the previously adopted 2003 Port
Master Plan, taking a fresh look at the Port's potential opportunities to initiate operations and generate
local, regional, and statewide economic benefits.
